If you are dis-satisfied with your purchase of Tactical Pajamas for any reason, you can return them in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

If within one year from date of sale, any part of Tactical Pajamas should wear out under normal expected use, we will repair or replace them, at our option.

Tacticasual, Inc. assumes no liability for any negative consequences that occur while wearing Tactical Pajamas.  The customer/user is responsible for being familiar with any applicable laws or regulations that might cover the use of this product, and properly following said laws and regulations.  It is the responsibility of any person using Tactical Pajamas and/or all other products sold by Tacticasual, Inc. to follow any and all proper safety protocols.

Note that the ballistic nylon is incorporated into the holster to reduce wear.  IT IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE BULLETPROOF.
