TACTICAL PAJAMAS FAQ, page 1
by P.J. Beaumont, co-creator of Tactical Pajamas
Q— Where are Tactical Pajamas made?
A— The pajamas are made in a factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
Q— Does the sizing of Tactical Pajamas typically run large or small?
A— The sizing for Tactical Pajamas runs very close to actual body measurements. However, the waistband is made of super-high modulus elastic, and if you want your pajamas to be especially roomy you might be able to order the next size up and still have them work OK.
Q— What does the gusset in the crotch do?
A— The gusset in the crotch of Tactical Pajamas is far more generous than that found on any other pair of pajama bottoms. It keeps the garment from constricting the crotch area, and is one of the secrets to the amazing comfort of Tactical Pajamas.
Q— Are Tactical Pajamas made just for sleeping?
A— Not at all! Tactical Pajamas were originally developed for firefighters and EMTs who needed to jump into action in the middle of the night. Veterinarians wear them to protect their legs from animal scratches, and ranchers wear them during birthing season so they can deal with things in the middle of the night. Once you buy them, Tactical Pajamas are your pants, wear them however you want!
Q— What’s special about the fabric?
A— There are three types of fabric used for making Tactical Pajamas, all of which are super-premium. The Pistol Packin’ Pajamas, Colonel Mike Edition, and their un-holstered counterparts are made from military-grade rip-stop. You can choose all cotton or a lighter-weight cotton/nylon blend. The Firehouse Lounge edition is made from a blend of 45% organic cotton and 55% hemp.
Q-- What is the biggest complaint you get about Tactical Pajamas?
A-- The biggest complaint we get is from wives who ask us, "HOW CAN I GET MY HUSBAND TO STOP WEARING TACTICAL PAJAMAS 24/7?" That particularly happens when they've purchased two pairs.
